Yes, I actually came out with the Fall Meal Plan in the beginning of September. I’m just as surprised as you are.

ANYWAY, I’m almost 8 months pregnant and haven’t physically gone to the grocery store in months, and to be honest, I’ve barely even made a grocery list. Just hanging on by a thread here, nbd.

But making a home-cooked meal (even if it takes 15 minutes and requires just throwing things together) still feels amazing.

I’ll be honest, these days, a big ol’ bowl of spaghetti sounds great but I feel 1000% better and have so much more energy when I focus on fueling myself with blood-sugar balancing, metabolism revving meals. And I know you do, too.

Last year, I created what I believe is the best (as in most delicious) meal plan I’ve ever put together - the 4-week Fall Meal Plan. It was such a huge hit that I’m bringing it back this year.

I want you guys guys to be able to add some new, fun recipes to your rotation and to simplify your life. With a side of pumpkin, apples, cinnamon, slow cooked meals, and soups, ok?

FAQ’s:

Q: What if I’ve got picky kids/husband or I have food intolerances?

A: Easy. For any foods you or your fam doesn’t like, there’s a Swap List included so you can easily swap an ingredient for something you love. But also, these meals are serious crowd pleasers. You’ll be shocked at what your fam will devour. This isn’t your typical “healthy diet plan” - we’re cookin’ up real food here with flavor.

Q: I travel a lot/I have to eat out for lunch or dinner most days - is it even worth it?

A: Absolutely. You can follow this plan meal by meal to a T, or you can just pick and choose a couple lunches and dinners you want to make each week and go from there. This isn’t about perfection. This isn’t all or nothing. Adding a few meals in every week that keep your blood sugar steady and body in fat burning mode will make you feel good, burn some fat, and make your life a whole lot easier when you’re not traveling or dining out.

Q: What about coffee, wine, sugar, dairy? Do I have to cut anything out?

A: Nope. Matter fact, coffee, desserts, and dairy are all included on the plan. I can’t say wine is actually a part of the meal plan, but I’m a firm believer if you’ve got your diet under control, you can enjoy alcohol without a problem!

Q: I purchased last year’s Fall Meal Plan - is this the same plan?

For the most part. We refreshed it a bit but honestly last year’s plan was so good we didn’t want to change much!
